If we place a tenant and they break their lease during the lease term we will cover the lease fee (New Tenant Placement Fee) for the next new tenant.

We know you want your money fast! We ACH (direct funds to your bank) your tenant rent into your bank account by the 10th day of each month.

We believe in our tenant screening process, so we will personally reimburse you up to $500.00 in the event of a successful eviction for legal expenses.
