Randy started his work career in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher and climbed his way to Vice President of operations of a large Steak House chain. His restaurant experience transfers well with the real estate industry with strong customer service skills and the ability to get things done. Since purchasing Bradley Properties from his uncle Bradley Bormann in 2013 Randy has honed his Real Estate expertise in all phases of residential sales, leasing, and HOA management. This includes buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant representation. Randy's goal is to provide exceptional service through close communication with all clients and customers. He strives to provide everyone with housing that is a step above the competition. Providing clean and well-maintained properties with prompt responses to all service requests, and maintenance helps maintain long relationships with both owners and residents. Sarah Wilcox

Sarah Wilcox began working as a property manager at Bradley properties in 2020. Sarah is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Realtor. Sarah is involved with all aspects of the Property Management business. Before her time at Bradley Properties she worked for six years in the hospitality industry, which has instilled in her a strong client/customer first mentality. Her hobbies include creating pottery, gardening, and spending time with her dogs.

Nathaniel Zoret-Russell
Service Coordinator
Nathaniel has been the maintenance coordinator for Bradley Properties since 2021. He oversees all repairs, renovations, and upgrades for homes in both the rental and sales markets. He has first-hand experience with many repairs, having completed numerous odd jobs and handyman repairs in his spare time. Outside of his time in the office, Nathan is an avid fine art enthusiast and teaches a children’s art class at the Huachuca Art Association, where he also shows his work.
